She also leaves behind 25 grand children, 37 great grand children, and 1 great great grandchild. <br>Edna was born Feb 4, 1917 in Usk, BC. Born on the north bank of the Skeena River, she was the first white girl born in the area. In 1925 the family moved to County Line. Edna met Frank in the summer of 1933 at a dance in County Line and in 1934 they were married and soon after started raising a family of their own. She raised her family in the Glen Valley area until 1959 when they moved to Murrayville then to Zero Avenue in Langley in 1968 finally living her last 25 years in the City of Langley. <br>Through the toughest times of the 1930s and 40 right through the turn of the next century Edna   made   her   way    with determination and feist. She was a pioneer in the Fort Langley area;    and from motherhood in a wind whistled home watching for cougars in the yard through working her own fish-boat on the Mighty Fraser River to Langley taxi driver she persevered through it all. Edna made her way through life by putting one foot in front of the other for 93 years. He was predeceased by his wife Marion. <br>Roy will be missed by his family, friends, and students as he was a dedicated teacher in BC for 30 years. He loved golf, cricket, reading, and doing puzzles. He was on the UBC Olympic Gymnastics team until he enlisted in the Medical Corp. of the Second World War. He was present at Normandy on D-Day. Then two Siver brothers met two Doubleday sisters and were wed in a double ceremony. Roy and Marion were married for 54 happy years. Barry was born in Creston, BC and leaves behind his wife, Susan; daughter, Rebecca (Boo); sons, Colton and Connor; his mother and father, Dale and Marlene Samuelson of Aldergrove; sister, Bonnie (Stan) Poznekoff of Abbotsford, BC; brother, Tim Samuelson of Chilliwack, BC; and his extended family of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and his beloved in-laws. <br>Memorial Services were held at the Pentecostal Assembly in Terrace, BC on June 4, 2010, officiated by his firefighting-friend/Minister, Lowell Holmquist.
